Hello! This is

NADMIN

Systems-thinking product designer

I design the structure underneath the screen,
not just what it looks like, but how it holds together.

How I work

  • Strategy
    Research, framing, direction, decisions
  • Product
    Requirements, tradeoffs, roadmap, scope
  • Experience
    Flows, interaction, usability, detail
  • Visual
    System, craft, polish, expression

I ask the annoying questions before drawing the pretty screens.

I find the signal in the noise and turn ambiguity into a direction worth pursuing.

I think in products, not isolated pixels.

I connect the idea, the system, and the reality of getting it built.

I obsess over the little things that make a product feel obvious.

I untangle messy journeys until the right thing feels like the natural thing.

I give ideas a voice before they say a word.

I use type, space, colour, and form to make products feel as good as they work.

Not just screens, but the thinking, decisions, and experiments behind them.

Each project is a different problem, a different constraint, and another opportunity to make something better.

Here are some of my

Projects

Layrrrd

Finding the Right Product to Build

0→1 Product · Product Strategy · AI · Research · Business

Layrrrd began with an assumption: better content discovery would help people make better use of the information they encountered.

Research challenged that assumption.

People weren't struggling to discover valuable content. They were struggling to retrieve what they had already saved. That distinction shifted the product from discovery to retrieval and changed its positioning, interaction model, onboarding, and business direction.

The product was then taken from hypothesis through validation, product definition, MVP development, usability testing, launch, and early commercial validation, 84 sign-ups, 82 survey responses, 8 usability studies, and 12 paying customers.

What it demonstrates:

0→1 product development, problem definition, product strategy, validation, AI interaction design, business thinking, and end-to-end ownership.

"The most important product decision wasn't what we built.
It was deciding what problem was actually worth solving."

Merry Health

Designing for Reality Under Pressure

Healthcare · Product Audit · Operational UX · Data Flow

Merry Health's ambulance coordination platform already had a digital interface. The problem was that critical work was happening outside it.

Hospital administrators relied on phone calls, WhatsApp, memory, and manual updates because the system expected structured, linear workflows that didn't reflect emergency conditions. The result was fragmented information, duplicated data, poor visibility, and operational delays.

I helped shift the audit from screen-level usability to the underlying operational system, mapping the emergency workflow, analysing data movement, and prioritising failures according to operational severity. The work informed a move toward a single source of truth and an end-to-end workflow designed around real emergency behaviour.

What it demonstrates:

Product auditing, systems thinking, workflow analysis, data-flow design, and designing for high-stakes environments.

"When people have to leave the system to get work
done, the system has already failed."

Designing Trust Into AI

AI Product Design · Education · Decision Support

The challenge wasn't simply to make grading faster with AI. It was to create the conditions in which AI-assisted evaluation could be trusted.

The work focused on the stage before grading: helping instructors define evaluation criteria, structure rubrics, establish calibration, and make their intent explicit. AI was introduced as a support layer, suggesting, structuring, and identifying gaps, while instructors retained control over every consequential decision.

The resulting system established a foundation for consistent and auditable evaluation rather than treating AI as an autonomous decision-maker.

What it demonstrates:

AI-assisted product design, human-in-the-loop systems, workflow architecture, and designing for trust in high-consequence environments.

"Trust in AI begins before the AI makes a decision."

Paisalello

Building the Operational Foundation

FinTech · CRM · Multi-role Systems · Workflow Architecture

The brief was to build a CRM for a used-vehicle financing business. The underlying problem was larger: customer information was fragmented across calls, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and the existing system, while sales, management, and administration operated with different information and responsibilities.

I mapped the complete customer lifecycle and redesigned the platform around activities rather than database objects. Role-specific experiences, progressive information capture, and a structured evaluation workflow turned a collection of disconnected processes into a more coherent operational system.

What it demonstrates:

Product architecture, role-based experience design, information flow, and designing systems that can support organisational growth.

"Digitising a broken process doesn't fix it.
It makes the dysfunction digital."

Evolving Enterprise Systems

Enterprise UX · Workflow Design · System Audit

The existing POS wasn't lacking functionality. It had accumulated too much of it without evolving its underlying structure. Employees were navigating between disconnected modules to complete routine transactions, creating friction in a system the business depended on every day.

I mapped the existing workflows, identified the gap between system structure and user intent, and redesigned high-frequency interactions around the way employees actually worked. The emphasis was not on replacing the platform, but on improving it without disrupting established operations.

What it demonstrates:

Product architecture, role-based experience design, information flow, and designing systems that can support organisational growth.

"Most enterprise systems aren't replaced.
They're evolved."
